As if that were not enough, the fish gets a buff to trident, too. Some of the other changes were kinda neat, for the other champions.

I dont see how you see the W change as a buff...looks like a nerf to me. Q also got HEAVILY nerfed. Looks like they made it so that he is stronger than right now if he hits you with Ult, but if not then he's weaker than he currently is.
That W change also gutted jungle Fizz
Loses a good amount of damage on his W (10 base damage gained for .15 ap ratio lost). Loses nearly half the damage on the Q. Allows you to get some damage back if you land an ult. Seems like a nerf to me.
