As someone who utterly hates everything about Azir, he needs buffs.

The problem is that if you get someone skilled on him, he still does extremely well. So it's hard to justify buffing him for the nooblords.

no one knows if this principle applies to bard since he has never needed a nerf. They should at least make him overbearing to test the waters.

If the argument is that the champion has a high skill ceiling and therefore shouldn't be buff because he is already in a good place, then why do I not see him in pro play? Clearly they have the requisite skillset to use this champion to his full potential. Buff him though, and we see him picked/banned in pro play constantly. I do think he's deserving of some minor tweeking, though don't have enough personal knowledge of the champion to make suggestions.

I agree, a context mention on surrender at 20 for this current patch had a rioter say bard should have a lower win rate because he is a the hardest support. I get from this that he has been kalistaed and azired without even being a dominate force in higher elo. Besides, this no one would accept any other championed being so weak. Kindred, azir and kalista had and still have people begging for buffs while bard sits at a point where you can't play him well unless you are the best of the best. I wouldn't be so uneasy about this if it wasn't for the fact that Blitz is in a reverse state and is not dealt with. He is ridiculously good in low elo while also (according to op.gg) being better than bard in high elo solo que (more plays and higher win rate in challenger). It might be because bard was banned in lcs but, look at nami. I feel it is a little unfair that Bard has to be considered the only acceptable low win rate champion. Every once in a while I search the forums for posts about bard being weak (started season 7 since it was such a hard hit to him) and no one talks about it. I am glad to see someone make a post.
