People have been doing that since well before mastery grades were a thing.

This happened for like 5 hot minutes when the mastery system was first launched, and then again when hextech was new. This, too, shall pass. I can't even say this happens in half of my matches.
Can confirm, one guy on my team killed a guy after he failed his flash. The guy on my term slammed his lvl 6 mastery emote and it set the other guy off. He went on a tirade, it was a verbal assault the likes of which i had never seen.
