im tired ekko. but....
instead of complaining, i would like to know some of the counters you guys have found for this cancer.
what have you found to be good against this guy if he isn't banned?

Hard disengage/poke team comps. On the other side - hard engage/dive comps. Either one of these can create scenarios where Ekko's sustain damage and dive potential is negated. If you spam poke, you can siege enemy turrets and wittle them down. If you have a dive comp, you can circumvent Ekko entirely and kill the other team members; leaving ekko and perhaps a second tank vs 3-5 of you in a successful engage.
take a fighter top and shit on him, anyone that builds rageblade will do.
I just watched a Fiora in my gold 2 ranked game kick the crap out of a ekko top tank.. Idk maybe? The fiora went tank too. But, least it's something

If you can actually play him well enough, Teemo. But, any ganks will basically result in a kill for him if they (the jungler) have any CC.
makes his life hell in lane. If he dives on you, just ult-w and he can't do anything.
yasuo (windwall is cancer) can be built standard or tank and have a fairly easy time Irelia. 'Nuff said.
