when someone doesnt vote, i think it should go to the majority.
Im getting really tired of people not voting at all and leaving it a 3 to 1.
by not voting it should assume you dont care either way.

Some people are tired of voting "no" every 2 minutes when somebody just tries to perma-surrender.
Those usually put the box in the left corner where it doesn't disturb them anymore, but they still are considered as a "no" voter.
It would be mean to just take this opportunity away because perma-surrender votings can be really disturbing sometimes.
