Can Rengar still one shot?

Critical strike chance + high AD. You get some bonus AD on Q procs. AD statikk that can also crit, Baron, dragon buffs... Plus the old one shot was several abilities + tiamat, not a real one shot, unless you are killing adcs without bonus hp/armor.

late game or if your going even probably not but if your ahead then i guess you still can by levels and gold. . it takes 2 Qs to kill because of the bonus ad you get. they delayed his burst because its only fair that an immobile assassin has less burst than a mobile assassin.
