Kog'Maw's Dad

I understand that the lore had to be changed to make better stories (which might I add the new ones are F****ng AWESOME!!!!) But do these changes also effect the hype you built up about certain unreleased champions specifically Kog'Maw's "Daddy" He was mentioned in the journal of justice and in Kog'Maws taunt. Is he still in the lore and could he still appear as a champion? Because if Kog'Maws this adorable his dad must be a sexy beast!

P.S. If Kog'Maw's Dad turned out to be the original baron Nashor (Lore wise not model wise) i would be satisfied!

I'd actually like Kog'Maw's dad to appear in the lore at some point because I can actually imagine how he'd fit in; he's an even scarier Rek'Sai from ancient times who people think was vanquished long ago. Now he's back and everyone, including Rek'Sai, is kakking their pants at the prospects. I can just see the epic battle between Ascended warriors and Kog's dad. Also since the whole "voidborn names are Shuriman" thing is a thing, we already have half of his name; he's something'maw.

I think he is still a thing.

Kog'maw is defined by being kind of like a puppy. That means that his parents/parent is probably even bigger and stronger than him,which says a lot considering that kog'maw is already a champ.

This has puzzled me, given that Shurima and Icathia were on opposite sides of the continent. Ret-cons be ret-connin'

Regardless, I'm really hoping that Riot isn't going to go all the way down the Spooky Purple Universe path for the Void. Y'know, a universe much like our own. Except with more purple and bugbears. I would much prefer if we got something that is well and truly alien. Beings so incomprehensibly other that they can't even exist in the physical universe and must instead act through willing agents (Malz) and quasi-physical avatars (Koggy and friends).

Thus, for Koggy's 'Daddy' to enter Runeterra, part of the world first must become more like the Void. And I would imagine that would be pretty unhealthy for Runeterra's inhabitants.
