I know that in the past I've seen the occasional Jayce build it. I don't play him nor have I looked into it so I have no idea if he still does, but I know he used to at one point. I'd guess it was probably phased out for Lethality, but I'm not sure.

I thought it was recently but I could have sworn they changed one of jayce's mana costs or something along those lines and it allowed jayce to forego building a tear and to just go straight into lethality. i remember watching LCS and them mentioning the fact that pros can manage their mana better so they could just go into lethality.

kai'sa has been building it but it feels weaker than stormrazor so I'm a little confused as to why it's so strong, I just know you dont buy the tear part, you get pickaxe and then finish the item, something about upgrading q quickly

it lets you spam your abilities. it has a on hit passive it costs 700 less gold and still gives you the Q upgrade. amazing item for kaisa. but if you wanna go ad and not ap. build IE and not stormrazor first its good 2

if you start with item 1056 you dont have mana problems

I used to build it sometimes on Ryze before the nerf. Now as you can't use both manamune & archangel, i only build archangel
