I really thinks she's in need of a buff in 6.16 with some of the other marksmen, especially with the rise of utility carries like Jhin and Ashe, and the dominating tank meta. Not to mention her extremely high mana costs of her only two damaging abilities (that have 10 second cooldowns at early levels, to boot).
Her level 6 ultimate, which gives her, like 30 movespeed, costs 100 mana. I think that's ridiculous and she's deserves to at least be looked at.
I feel like Quinn is actually overpowered right now because if one of her "vulnerable" shots crit, she pretty much deals over half of someone's health no matter what point in the game it is. In addition, her ult doesn't give her 30 MS and cost 100 mana. Level 1: About 140 and costs 100 mana Level 2: About 190 and costs 50 mana. Level 3: About 250 and costs 0 mana.
Quinn does not have high mana costs either... Her E costs almost nothing and her Q is very low early-levels.
Tbh i play quinn a shit ton, I don't think she needs buffs at all. I'd rather not have her buffed too, don't want her to get banned :)

can you pelase stop with this "tank meta" bullshit?
seriously, were as far away from a tank meta as you can be. right now the damage in this game is generally so high that tanks die incredibly fast. i rarely see tanks other than in support anymore.
a lot of it has to do with adc abuse of assassin items in combination with cleaver, making armor almost worthless as a stat.
She is a good burst champ. Sustained burst at that. That passive + jumping off the enemy and knocking/bouncing off, adding another stack, and then being able to shoot for a hefty hefty amount...... it hurts..... add that to her total blinding Q..... and pretty decent sized area of seeing..... she is in a decent spot atm. Mabey a few slight tweaks at most.
Problem is guys, buffing her means she will return to proplay, that is scary man and not a good idea
So how do we get to see her in pro play again? What buffs she needs?
Are we talking about an ADC who's seen majority times picked at Bot Top lane?

playing quinn in top lane is just like playing teemo, she needs no buff she is just an ad carry with good kiting abilities
I feel that she needs nerfs.
