So when is Quinn receiving her 2 AD back?

For a champion that relies primarily on her autoattacks to do any sort of damage, Quinn's damage is pretty outshined now with all the buffs centered around armor and tank items such as CoTC and Ninja Tabi. Not to mention the removal of the combat aspect of her ultimate and the high cooldowns of her only two fighting abilities, she's extremely vulnerable early game, where Riot wanted her to shine, and still falls off hard in the late game, as she always has.
