Quinn's Blinding Assault?

Can we, at the very least, change her Blinding Assault debuff from nearsight back to the blind that she had before? Her old blind has more value in the top lane than her nearsight. The nearsight is practically useless when facing melee tops, and is hated by a high percentage of the community, which led to unwarranted nerfs to the champion. The blind, lasting about a second or so IIRC, seems to yield better results in the lane.

The problem is that Quinn just isn't a lane bully like she used to be. People can say she is all they want, but she's annoying, not actually a real threat. Most champs scale into the mid game harder than she does.

Quinn is not a lane champion. If she's being played like that, then she's being played wrong. Quinn is a good duelist only if played really well. She kind of has the same mechanics in that department as Vayne, but doesn't deal nearly the same amount of damage.

What Quinn does is she's a god-tier ganker and split pusher. Much like Shaco, if she's split pushing, there's a very low chance that you actually catch her assuming she's warded and doesn't overstay. She shows up in your lane, shoves it down with the full speed as any ADC and when she's getting collapsed on, she ults and leaves. She's moving so fast that you'll rarely catch her and she'll literally just move to another lane and do it all over again.

You can't babysit a Quinn. You can't follow a Quinn when she roams because nobody can match her speed and map pressure. Nobody.

Really good players can play Quinn as a duelist and a laner, but she's best designed for other purposes. Believe me, her blind is annoying, but that's all it really does. It's a CC that's really irritating to deal with, but it's rarely life threatening unless she's fed and you're squishy. Quinn does have quite a bit of burst.
