Crit Rework Idea
Change Crit from being a % change to do 200 / 250% auto damage into a % amplification. For example Zeal would give 15% Attack Speed, 20% auto damage, 5% movespeed. This could also allow Riot to balance Crit as something that isn't a coin flip to do an extra 100 - 150% damage.
This would allow Riot to have the crit items be more diverse, with an example of statikk shiv being:

35% Attack Speed 30% Autoattack Damage 5% Movement Speed
When an auto attack is launched and fully energized, send an arc of electricity that bounces along minions dealing (AD*Crit) as magic damage.
This change could allow Riot to actually differentiate the adc items and tune the damage without having to keep the coin flip in mind. If they are cautious about guaranteed % increase damage from autos, simply add on the fact that they do no work w/ lethality and change Last Whisper and its items to autoattacks ignore 35% armor.
