Not likely. AP assassins itemization isn't being abused by other classes. They are trying to stop the Korean ADC builds loaded with ArPen from crowding out other itemization options.

assassins can assassinate squishies the problem is balancing snowball which is like impossible to balance and itemazation being abused by classes that shouldnt be using items

They really need to get this right, because this is what it should be right here. They are retuning items to be like this. Marksmans and Assassins shouldn't be getting Maw, Titanic, or Frozen Mallet. Marksman shouldn't be getting Youmuu's or Duskblade unless they are someone like Twitch to where they are basically Ranged Assassins.
