How to "balance" Irelia properly.
Have you ever played a solo queue game against an Irelia thinking "she's not THAT OP right?" Then she buys a triforce and you feel your keyboard typing "/ff" for you as if it was an automated response. If this happens to you, then you share the pain of all victims of permanent FotM champion Irelia.
So how do we fix her, totally unsuspicious name OP?
Well... Make her passive give her 5% tenacity per enemy champion (additively to itself so 5 champions = 25%)
Remove her stun and replace it with a 50% slow, then make it 99% when they have more health, (kind of like what you did to talon) and make the cooldown look something like this: 9/8/7/6/5. Oh, and make E have a 100% ap scaling.
Make her ultimate deal magic damage instead of physical damage.
Now, judging by Riot's current standards. We should obviously give her some complicated gimmick to her ultimate in return for nerfing the only reason why she had no counter play right?

Cooldown: 100 90 80 ACTIVE: Irelia summons 4 spirit blades and fires one in a line towards the cursor, dealing physical damage to all enemies it passes through. Transcendent Blades can then be cast 3 more times at no additional cost to fire each of Irelia's remaining blades, incurring a 0.5-second delay in between each cast .Each blade heals Irelia for 10% ** of the damage it deals to enemies. _Enemy champions hit receive a stack of "insert stack name" that reapplies itself on each additional hit and are afflicted by these effects**_ :1 Stack = Irelia is healed for 1%/2%/3% of enemy maximum health. :2 Stack = Afflicted champion deals 10%/15%/20% reduced damage to Irelia. :3 Stack = Takes true damage based off W damage*ult level (so rank 5 W + rank 1 ultimate = 75) :4 Stack = Enemy is stunned for 2/2.5/3 seconds. (This makes it so Irelia mains have to think more carefully about using her ultimate and aiming and makes her think twice before using it to clear a wave quickly before backing)
On a side note, yes, this is a buff for master race AP Irelia mains.
