i fuckign ahte league anymore. pos hacker was attacking with stupid amount of attack speed without any attack speed at all from items for runes for more then his 2 basic attacks form his passive. plus his e slowed my attack speed when they removed that bullshit form his kit a long time ago. and his ult had less then 30 sec cd with no cdr at all either. fuckign HATE HACKERS
