After Fiora gets nerfed can she get a small buff to her ult?

I do think Fiora needs a pretty substantial toning down from what she is like right now, maybe a bit higher cooldown on her Q could do her some good, but after I do hope that she could get just a little small buff to her ult. The buff that I propose might be a bit much but maybe it won't. All that I want from her ult is for it to either have the marks activate faster or instantly because there have just been to many times where I have activated my ult on someone just for it to not even be of any use because the opponent either got nuked to fast for me to activate a mark or I got nuked before the mark had even become available, mainly the first one happens. This would help her in teamfights because her team heal is one of her only useful tools in a teamfight but because of that long delay it makes it so you can't proc one of the marks in time for the heal to activate when they die. Just an idea that I had and hope will be put into consideration after she gets some nerfs.
