Riot I think you might be going about weakening Cinderhulk all wrong
Now I know Cinderhulk needs some nerfs because it has caused a whole new meta and usually that means an item is a bit out of control (League of Cleavers) but from what I have been seeing on the PBE these changes won't fix anything and this has a pretty easy solution in my opinion.

Keep the ramping up damage on Cinderhulk but make it do 50% or 75% extra damage to minion and monsters and make it give 400 or 350 HP instead of 300. The more health will be explained later.

Give Sunfire Cape
the exact same aura effect as Cinderhulk, since Cinderhulk has a better fire aura than Sunfire because it can be turned off and I believe it does more damage (not quite sure about that fact) this would be a good change to make it so you don't need smite for a good immolate passive, and if you want it to be a bit different make Sunfire's passive ramp up faster. -
You know that bonus health that's on Cinderhulk take it off, and instead put it on Warmog's Armor
. This was always supposed to be the super health item so let's make it that, but since it already has its restoration passive and 800 health take one Crystalline Bracer
off of the build, lower it's health to 600 or 650 and bring up the combined cost to 900-1200 gold (somewhere in that vicinity) to make it so it would not be out of control with the bonus health passive added on to it.
These small changes I think would still keep tanks and tank junglers in the meta but not control it and would make the game a little more balanced. If this discussion does well and a lot of people agree to these I also have some ideas to make Devourer
and Magus
a bit better as well. Thank you for reading this long winded discussion.
