Match MMR higher than mine

I'm wondering if this is normal. According to OP.GG, my match MMR is AT LEAST 100 higher than my current. Feel free to look me up. I have been losing 75% of my ranked games because of this. Not to mention my team is consistently ranked lower than the other team's players, but that a whole other issue with matchmaking. Wondering if this is just me. I haven't duo'd for a while, so it's just solo MMR. It's just really frustrating playing against players higher skill and losing over and over and over
