I don't understand why NA projections aren't updated until after EU locks. That doesn't make sense to me. What is the point of updating the NA projections if I already have an EU mid laner locked in? It's too late to replace with NA then....
I'd have to agree to your point. Giving NA an extra day because the games are broadcasted later seems silly; it's the weekend regardless and no one's going to be working beyond what's needed. It really should be Wednesday for both at the end of the workday so 12pm PST for EU 6-8pm PST for NA.
However, I wouldn't rely on their projections regardless.
