Skill visual challenges

There are some skills in the game that are very hard to see. Most importantly, Lux's Lucent Singularity and Nidalee's Javelin Toss. Those are very important skills to be able to see. There are others but I can't think of them right now. Lux is even worse in Aram, because Howling Abyss is a lighter background. Just like to suggest changing the art on some skills that are difficult to see.
