Am I the only one who think Cheap Shot is extremely underrated?

I was playing Cassiopeia and at the end of the game had over 2000 bonus true damage from it. The game was 25 minutes long.

It's kinda niche, but it's pretty decent for those that can utilize it well. Cass being a good example.

I use it on Swain on the PBE, it feels great. Its up just about everytime im ready to trade with him.

Cheap shot has too long of a cd to be effective. And the 30 true damage is almost next to nothing when you could get a serrated dirk almost everytime you dashed or blinked.
