Why is Jinx allowed to outscale Vayne

I'm even questioning if jinx is better than vayne mid game. If vayne is farming well, come level 9 with a few items vayne can 1v1 most champions (not just adcs, of which she can 1v1 any at only level 6 if not behind).

Like seriously - jinx is much better than vayne in teamfights, especially if she gets lots of peel (as it negates vayne having much better self peel) and there's lots of cc to help her land aoe damage. Vayne is still a much better split pusher / duelist / chaser / escaper / 1vx'er for x=1 to 5.

That's the same as outscaling. Jinx has more tools at her disposal to influence the game than Vayne, and has pretty much the same amount of steroids.

Vayne is pretty fucking bullshit but Jinx doesn't fall behind either, that overloaded kit of hers gives me nightmares.

Not true. Had to call you out. Current Hyper Carries= Vayne, Tristana, JINX if built correctly no one can 1v1 jinx( we all know the 90% crit build) jinx can duel 0 peel late game.
