perhaps jinxes numbers are just a bit too high?

23.5% pick 53.5% win I really do think jinx is one of the better designed ad carries, but she seems a bit too strong at the moment. That kind of playrate and winrate is very rare, especially for a champion with as much counterplay as jinx. perhaps just a slight numbers nerf somewhere in the kit would be good.
