how can i win ranked games with 2 rune pages and no top champions?

i really wanna played ranked. i won one ranked match so far with xin jungle , but the only roles i play are support (main role) , jungle and adc. i don't like top and mid (i play mid sometimes though) lanes because i don't have the champions and runes to play those positions . is there a way to play only support in ranked? what would you suggest me to do to continue playing ranked efficiently? thanks in advance.

All you do is queue up for support and then whatever secondary role you want. To play ranked you don't have to have every rune page and every champion. I reached plat with only 2 rune pages and playing only 3 different champions Azir Karthus Janna

I suggest you pick a main champion for one role and then a backup for them, then pick a secondary role and a champion to go with it. Then a backup for that champion. Right now you shouldn't focus only on winning games, but learning from them.
