Too many disconnections!

I get stuck in a lot of games where someone (sometimes even myself) doesn't have the best connection or gets disconnected for some reason or another. I propose to Riot that they should make it so that if someone does not leave a game voluntarily (that is, go into the settings section and select the "quit game" option), the game should be automatically stopped/paused until the person can reconnect (up to 10 minutes). If the person fails to connect in the allotted time, the match ends in a draw and the remaining players can requeue. I lose a lot of my matches because someone loses internet because of a freak thunderstorm or their modem shut off or their computer randomly shut down due to updates or overheating or whatever. Either way, things can happen at any point and it's not always the fault of the person who's playing and having this counter measure in place would give all the players peace of mind knowing that they aren't going to lose a game because they got disconnected randomly and is having trouble reconnecting. It also makes for bad statistics since games that are being won could be lost just because a person lost connection. Please Riot, if not this idea, please come up with something to fix the already rigged system you have in place.
