Low Spec Mode

I was trying to pick my champion using the search function, didn't work; the champions never showed up in the champion list. Okay, so let's try to find them via the position buttons, right? Wrong, same problem. Well crap, I only have 10 seconds left to pick my champion. Let's dial it back to no searches at all. Wait, what happened to all the champions? Well, turns out, the same thing that happened to all of them when I tried searching for it. Please fix this Riot. I just lost 3 LP and have to wait 5 minutes because of this bull crap. :/
