I'm SOOOOO let down. (Nasus)

Read the 6.12 patch notes, seeing Nasus is now getting 6 stacks from now on, I laughed with such joy, it's the only patch notes ever that I've been super extremely excited and just "meh" or "hey thats pretty cool" was literally overjoyed.

Then I came back today as I didn't see it working....read "on howling abyss only".................

aaaaaaawwwwwww maaaaaannnn, cmmooooon I'm sooooo deflated lol, damnit! I was so excited!
