Cool now can Ahri and Orianna have weaknesses like every other midlaner?

Title.

Unlike other champions that had to give up something to get something, like Taliyah giving up damage for the roaming potential, Soraka giving up CCs to get sustain and so on, Orianna is on point about Zone control, Utility, Siege, Countersiege, Burst. She has one of the strongest lanephase, without giving up anything, and is strong at any stage of the game, early, mid or late doesnt matter. All of this, while beein a catalizer for other champions with both speeds and shields, AND a game winning AOE in teamfight.

What her drawback? You cant say (Just pick an assassin) Because Orianna also easly destroys assassins' pre 6. punishing them for each CS they try to take.

And Ahri of course, She can outpush pusher niches with ease, sinche her Q is always up, and requires to be cast twice to clear the whole wave, She can easly escape any situation since her R is 3 flashes, and is that too always up, you use it once to escape a gank due to your terrible positioning, go back to lane and its up again.

I think Ahri is plain too easy to play for what she does.

I cant be the only one to think this.

Orianna's weakness is being immobile as fuck.

You are the only one who thinks this .-.

Ahri's cd's and mana costs are larger than you sem to think. She is also well known to have terrible waveclear compared to other midlane mages.

Orianna lacks hard cc on a basic spell, and her ult has a delay - so any decently mobile champion can just jump on her and kill her unless she is super far ahead or someone peels for her. She also has no mobility aside from a speed boost that she has to sacrifice potential damage to use, so she should never really suddenly surprise you with an attack unless you had no vision or let her walk up to you.

Orianna is easy to poke, and responds badly to all ins. She also has less burst damage than straight mages like veigar syndra and velkoz who can 100-0 as soon as they hit 6. Ori needs at least 4 items to burst anyone.

Early game orianna is a good due list as she has plenty of out play potential and safety, but she also has slightly low damage and is just as easily outplayed due to telegraphed abilities and a w that does nothing if you miss q.

You're joking about Orianna, right?

I definitely feel that way about both champions, which is why i've started maining Orianna... I'm not filthy enough yet to main ahri.

But in all seriousness, Orianna is a jack of all trades and master of none. Her burst isn't anything special till 2 times. Her waveclear is mediocre as well early on. Her shield really isn't that powerful. The speed buff isn't going to save anyone from a gap closer but it will ensure if enemies are out of range they stay out of range. She's not overpowered in any area but she also doesn't really have glaring weakness in any one area either - except possibly good divers. Orianna and Ahri essentially force every match up to be a skill match up, even those matchups that are "harder than others". you aren't going to be able to really counter pick them now that leblanc is gone. You just have to play better than them.
