The Ornn changes are great and all but...

Can there be a bit more clarity with this passive, by which I mean his ability to upgrade his teammates items. I mean someone who's playing Ornn for the first time is going to have no idea how it works, no idea what items are upgrade-able, and no way to tell his teammates he needs to upgrade their items. You can't ping your passive so the only thing you can attempt to do is ping their items and hope they understand. Of course anyone who doesn't play Ornn won't understand, nor will they even notice when he does upgrade them as their is nothing signifying he did so. Not sure if this is being further updated for clarity but it feels really sloppy at the moment.

Quick edit: It would seem that despite allies only being able to have one masterwork item, it still tells you that they have items to upgrade

I also want to choose the item I want to upgrade, I rather give someone who has Yuomuus and Blade of the Ruined Kind the Lethality upgrade.

Why are people defending this?? The ability lacks clarity. IT SIMPLY DOES. Do you not want it to have better clarity? wtf.

Played with an Ornn today Asked him how i can buy his items Tells me he is too low level Looked in my inventory late game and saw upgraded Black Cleaver

It just lacks info...I didnt even realize, as you said that my item was upgraded and i dont think at any point he was near me to give me it (Unless i just didnt notice when we were in fountain or something)

I agree. I dislike hte game choosing for me what im going to upgrade. Felt kinda awkward when i upgraded the wrong item for someone, since it wasn't nearly as useful to them

Can't you just type "{Champion Name}, come here. I want to upgrade your items."?

Thanks! As a non Orn player, I read it a few times, said "eh whatever?" and moved on. Am not going to even attempt to understand that mess of a description.

I second this.. I hope it gets a millions upvotes. Bc I've been playing Ornn for a while and the other day I went to play him again and had no idea how to upgrade anything (still dont). My teammate was asking me to upgrade his item, saying I maybe had to right click him out of combat or something.. didnt work... I couldnt figure it out. So idk.. they need to fix that. I havent looked into it bc I dont play Ornn that much anymore. But its definitely complicated.

I was posting about this earlier but got dvoted cuz I was venting...

It's really frustrating how little indications and clarity this passive has. The team should know when you're upgrading, also they need to get a tooltip start of match informing then how it works.

I totally agree!!!

Ive also had ornn players refuse to upgrade my items because i took a kill from them, players NEED to be able to upgrade their own items because of trolls.

Agreed. I played Ornn for the first time in a long time after the patch hit, just to test out the new passive, and I gotta say that it definitely at least needs the same ease of use that Zilean's passive has. Like, the circle indicator under their feet that signifies that interacting with them is possible, for instance? I feel like it would be really hard to tell that an ally even has an upgradable item, or that you have an upgrade stack unless you were specifically looking out for it. Which I can say that a lot of people wouldn't be.

I really love the changes too, but it is a bit clunky. It’d be nice if they made it a bit more smooth and easy to use.

Also, anyone play a Ornn and Zilean Game yet? Level up Ornn faster so he can masterwork all the items...
