can we have another AP item that grants Armor and a protective passive?

zhonya just doesn't cut it anymore.

we could also implant items from Black market brawlers, Specifically Netherstride Grimoire.

here's Netherstride Grimoire:

Cooldown reduction: +20% Ability power: +100 Mana regen: +100% Passive Unique – Malice: Gain 20% movement speed for 2 seconds whenever you deal ability damage.

now why would this be a good item? because it gives mages some sort of a defensive stat, MS to run and/or kite

granted it needs a cooldown or and some changes to not make AP assassins abuse it, last thing i want is a fizz or ekko or leblanc to build this.
