Riot Please Remove Normal Blinds

Riot, I know that this is a big request, but since most of the initial rage comes from autolockers in the que, or people fighting for positions Team Builder being the "Blind Mode" of game play makes the most since. Every player would always get their lane. This would also boost que times. Where a single team is not waiting for a support who gets faster, uncontested picks in normal blinds. By reducing the amount of time spent in que and people getting their picks, This would make for a much more enjoyable game and less hassle for Riot staff trying to keep patching both Queues.
