Mid LF Serious 5v5 Team

I am a Bronze 1 champ that is team oriented. I want to get out of Low Elo play. No communication and people unable to watch their map is making League a game I no longer want to play. I have been invited to two teams none of which have enough players to start 5v5 ranked.. So I am going back to looking. I would love to play organized team play. IGN Kiblet85
