Riot Stop weakening the Enviornment

Dear Riot, I don't know why you would make it so turrets are so weak throughout the game.. the idea of this game is a five person (SMN RIFT) strategy game to engage your opponents and take their structures to ultimately destroy the Nexus. If you insist on make the turrets SUPER easy to destroy then make them do full power, true damage from the first time an enemy takes a turret shot. I am tired of watching teams (even my own) dive past one or two turrets without a single bit of punishment from the turrets. They are an after thought in your game, because you want the PLAYERS to shine? Yes, the company wanted to speed up the games because 75 minute farm fests can get boring. Yes, the players should not have to always think about using 5 men to siege a turret for 40 minutes. But for the love of GOD make the turrets worth their weight in gold. It is just a formality to take them and get a ton of global gold. IF they remain that weak, remove the gold. Or make it not global. Something. But allowing them to do nothing in the game, yet accelerate game play so heavily is a bit ridiculous.

P.S. Baron at no stage of the game should be able to be taken by a mid and support duo. NEVER.

i mean turrets are only meaningful in laning phrase, after avout 15 minutes first and second turrets are meaningless, the only time u occasionally realized their existance is "a minion had destroyed your secondary/inhib turret."
