Dynamic Queue

- What's the state of Gold-Plat dynamic queue ?
- What is happenning with it on Riot's side ? (If a red ever comes by).

What is happenning with dynamic queues vs solo queue ? I mean Riot drove away completly with the subject people were super mad about it. (I mean I kinda stopped playing because the match just kept feeling completly unfair and disbalanced on either one side or the other)
I know Riot's goal is to stop the solo queue mentality and encourage teamplay (Which I completly approve because shotcallers are not only ditched by solo queue but have no tools to rise above the traditionnal player). But right now there is not enough communication tools to encourage proper teamplay
Yes, I'm still coming back to the traditionnal voice chat. Ranked play should feel like you have the same tools as pro players, yet we are lacking this key feature.
Blizzard's Overwatch implemented it and, honnestly, this would have been the one game where I would have gone : "Voice chat was far from being necessary". The game is so action packed that most information is lost in seconds. Usually by the time you finished your sentence the information is already useless. And yet, when I have teamates that can communicate by voice chat, everything glues in a lot more nicely.
League would be THE GAME that a voice chat would be mandatory. Still disappointed that it's taking so much years to just take into consideration...
From a guy that kinda stopped playing because his games were unbalanced and didn't feel it was worth 30 minutes (45 with matchmaking) anymore.
