Additionnal Report Options and Block Feature

After a few interactions with the latest troll of the boards (and no I won't name him), I was wondering if it would be a good idea to add an option to "self block" a player's comments and discussions from what you actually see on the boards. Just like the block feature on facebook. It would solve a lot of the useless rants that goes on and on.

On the same topic, I just realized that the report feature is kinda lack lusting. To me, it seems that another option like "Innapropriate conduct" should be something to add in these options. This feature should cover conduct-lines like :

• Asking help but refusing any answers.
• Going on a challenge spree.

I remember recieving a warning for "not being a jerk", but let's be real... Asking to be helped and saying that any tip is garbage is pretty "jerkish". The same goes with challenging people when you can't find any proof to contest evidence that you have in your face.

EDIT : Also having some sort of option to link another thread while reporting could be an option. Because right now some people are having fun asking for something and then going to flame about the people that tried to help them on another thread. Since there is no direct way for the moderators to see this, the vialator just gets out unscaved.
