Well, I've been playing with this person a while. They're not online very frequently, but he/she came online today and I can't invite them to teambuilder. Would this have something to do with MMR? I've had this issue with a few others and I can't think of any reason for this to happen.

Or it could be a lack of champion pool.

Antonok1 votesThey upped the level for teambuilder back to 25 not too long ago actually (like 2 weeks ago), so yea.
mellysu1 votesWell I just played a Doombot game with my friend who hasn't played in a while and is level 10. We just finished a few games with her. I don't think level is the issue. My brother is level 30 and it says there's an error that he doesn't meet the requirements. I'm confused how my lvl 10 friend met it and he didn't. help pls D;
