Okay so what happened to the game to give Azir such a relatively high winrate?

Don't get me wrong here, I'm not complaining or anything. I'm just wondering why Azir's win rate is suddenly 51% rather than the usual 45%-47%. I'm sure something must've changed to indirectly effect this. Any ideas?

Not sure why the jump in 6.4 but the additional jump in 6.5 was mostly due to a couple bugfixes I think.

Could be a couple things:

Bug fixes
Games are going a bit longer and you can see his win rate shoots up the longer the game goes.
His play rate is down a bit so maybe only the people who have lots of games are playing him which is making his win rate higher.
