Harsher punishment for trolls in ranked games

Having recently playing several ranked games with trolls in them I know there will never be a perfect system for balancing teams with people who will not troll or ragequit. You cannot predict human behavior. Here is my question...

Could there be harsher (or quicker) punishment for players who ruin ranked games? It is one thing to do it in any game mode, but it really sucks when your team loses and one of the main reasons is a player on your team got mad and went 1/35/6
