So I was playing with my friend (He is new) and he had 55 cs at 20 minutes as fizz against morgana mid. I told him to cs more and he said "What's that?"

I don't think it'd be worthwhile to make a tutorial about player-made game jargon when they can just ask and accrue that knowledge on their own. Sometimes people will just learn what they need to learn - "CS", "Lane Freezing", etc. - and others will learn flashy stuff they don't really need to know, whether it's as simple as "the Shurima Shuffle", to something with as obtuse a name as "insec'ing".
(Which, also, I myself don't really know what insec'ing is, but a few videos have given me a rough idea.)
Why don't you just tell him?
