Let QSS build into an AP item

Then build QSS against them.

Most games never reach full build (especially in this meta), so chances are you won't even have to lose gold selling it.

I've build QSS as an AP champ on more than one occasion. You don't need to finish it out and while it may not be completely cost effective, it's only 1300 gold and if that saves your life and keeps you from getting destroyed, then buying a cost inefficient item is better in the long run. Sell it for your 6th item and you'll be just fine through 90% of the game.

If they do they should make zhonya's available to AD as well. At least you can get the active with just the component, while you have to get the full hourglass to get it the mini Bard ult.

There's a reason there isn't the item for AP users - the majority of AP users focus on burst damage and giving them a way to escape CC when they in fact should just be able to time their ranged burst damage would mitigate the outplay potential you've got against them. It sucks for certain AP champions that focus on more damage over time like Cassiopeia but they usually have something in their kit to make it work.

No. You don't need it. Get over it.

Or give AD Zhonya's. They need that invulnerability sometimes against heavy damage teams you know :^)

you can still buy QSS if you really need it.
