Jungle Monsters Don't proc Garen passive
With the exception of Dragon and Baron. Jungle monsters do not proc garen's passive. How is it fair that someone can go jungle garen and regenerate health as they clear camps.

Critmaster Garen4 voteshis passive isnt disabled by jungle monsters at lvl 11. at that point, it doesnt make a difference anymore. anyone can take jungle monsters at that stage of the game without taking much damage. especially if you have a vamp scepter.
its disabled by jungle monsters until lvl 10 though. which means he doesnt have it available at his first clears (where it really counts).
oOCaillouOo1 votesOkay thank you for clarifying. I was in a custom on PBE when i noticed this and didn't really look at his early jungle clears when I posted this. Saved me from getting into a garen jungle match though.
