Doombra blades.

Can riot make it so noc's passive applies on hit effects like red buff or frozen mallet. I don't see how this would make him too OP, he really has no hard cc other than unspeakable horror and even that is delayed and the tether can broken wish a dash or any movement ability. the spellblade effect would be a little op though seeing how it already does 120% increased damage, so if they would like to exclude that i would understand. This would just make his jungle clearing ability much stronger in the early game. Noc players know the frustration of missing their raptors sweep leaving all the little guys with the tiniest smiggin of health, and thought "damn if only my passive applied red buff." Also the base health per enemy hit could be looked at too. :D
