AD or AP TF Top?

So, I have seen many builds but I was wondering, what say you community? I am looking to start laning top and learning the ropes, but I don't use your typical bruiser tops laners like Darius or Riven. TF seems like an interesting pick for top, but I am unsure as to the best route. He seems like a strictly AP champion, but is AD more viable or does it depend on who you are laning against? Any insight is appreciated.

If you intend to play TF top, you might as well play Quinn or Teemo. On top lane, where you don't have full access to map pressure TF offers, they will do same thing but better in most cases.

If they are tanky, AD, if they are squishy, AP, AD tf is more sustain where AP is more burst.
