@Riot: Champion Skins, Current In-Store Roster and Needs!

Hello League community!

I am making this post to update all of us on what skins are available in store. These skins are what is shown as available, and I know that their are skins people have that are no longer being updated or sold by Riot, but for the purpose of this list, I will not count those. I did count the two Hextech crafting skins in this list as well. (Hextech Annie + Soulstealer Vayne) Note: Chroma Packs were NOT counted in this list.

Now, I will interject my opinions at the end of this list, talking about who needs skins and skin lines that I would like to see Riot make. Of course, I always welcome any comments on what you believe Riot should do with skins and what you would like to see. Skins by the number available in store:

Now, as we can see, many champions have only one or two skins. It is my belief that every champion should have at least 3, and I would love to see Riot implement a tier system, so that every champion gets a skin at all RP levels, a skin for 750, 975, 1350, 1820 and 3250. Of course, this is a lot of work for Riot and I would be shocked if they went through with that, but it'd be cool nonetheless.

Secondly, let's talk skin lines. Of course, we are all familiar with the major skin lines like the "Blood Moon" line, or the "Arcade" line, but I propose a couple "new" skin lines.

1. Blood Knight - Why? Blood Knight Hecarim is the only champ with this skin, but I propose adding in a few more, as I really like the look of this skin and the feelings it entails when imaging what a Blood Knight would be. Examples: Blood Knight Sion, Blood Knight Kalista, Blood Knight Urgot, Blood Knight Yorick.

2. Crimson Elite - Why? Currently Riven and Talon have the skin, and I like the simplistic looks of the crimson attire. Would be a good "cheap" skin line. Examples: Crimson Elite Katarina, Crimson Elite Viktor, Crimson Elite Draven.

3. Other "lines" we could look into or expand on: Iron Regalia, Dark Star, Soulstealer, Eternum, Battlecast and Dragonslayer,
