Can we bring Kalista back?
I like her, she's unique. But she's weak as hell, unless you can pull her off, which I can't. That's why I want her to be buffed a lil so I can enjoy her.

Meddler discussed that they are currently keeping Kalista weak until they can role out a small rework soon, along with Azir. Till then, there are slight buffs on the PBE to try to help her a little without tipping her scale back to oppressive.
to my knowledge, kalista used to be that champion who was either insanely strong or rather weak
