Graves Passive [is this a joke?]

I recently played Poppy. Guess what? her W passive is same as Graves' PASSIVE!!! and 3.5 times better. and comes with an instant 10 stack active.

Why Have you guys left Graves' passive so weak for so long i dont understand! either makes his PASSIVE better than Poppy's W or change Poppy's W or better yet change Graves' PASSIVE. It is unacceptable that Two champion have same abilities while one has the weaker form in a more important skill space and the other has stronger form in less important skill space!!! No can do RITO you need to address this, I wonder why no one has bothered about this!! people need to stop getting hooked on Graves' cigar and look at more important problems he has with his kit.

Yeah, Graves' auto-attack also have the same scaling as Poppy's but have more range! Rito pls give Poppy auto attacks same range as Graves for fair gameplay!

Because I don't see why ADC should get to be tankier than an actual melee bruiser....

Poppy is getting reworked and it's insanely likely that she will not keep her W.
There are two different champions, one melee, one ranged, by this clause, why not give poppy an AoE circle of EFURSITE.
You're comparing a passive to that of a fully leveled up ability? Wat.

I'm going to assume you're both new to the boards as well as logic.

Oh my! I have discovered a well of sarcasm over here. The point I am making is graves passive is useless, that 10 armour and mr really isn't helping him. compared to all other adc. and going by "design value" as riot puts it, most passives are scaling in some or the other way, its time they reworked graves passive too. and for all those snide comments are not appreciated. I want to have a discussion, Having a different opinion doesn't make your logic any better. Poppy is broken and that is why she is being reworked, so riot is actually following my logic which is more sound than your bare thoughts.
