Cheating cutthroat Talon

this cut-throat interaction, I don't know if it can be treated as a bug, but i felt i should report it.

me and talon we duelling on the edge of a brush. [i am mentioning this cause he already dealt damage to me and i was bleeding]. talon used he E 'cutthroat 'ability which put him inside the brush and i lost his vision, I felt I should be able to have vision over him because he was dealing damage to me with the bleed passive [ i think, that if a champion is dealing damage to me from inside a brush that gives us vision of them]. I think this may be an oversight and just wanted to bring it to your notice.
