Lucian Culling can't kill minions
After patch 5.23 Lucian R is not doing 400% damage to minions, feels more like 40% a full culling can only kill about 2.5 melee minions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
need a hotfix ASAP

Thought it was just me, not to worry lucian is still in a good spot but that ult needs a buff on minions thats all :) unless its bugged then just fix it. Good work riot I also think those poppy splashes are the BEST splashes in the game. And I never play poppy
I can confirm this happend, Full channel ult level 6 killed 1 melee minion

They haven't fixed this yet. How does something like this take more than 1 working day to fix? Servers have been fixed in less time.

Lol god damn, when Riot nerfs Lucian they nerf Lucian.
Confirmed, lucian ultimate does regular damage to minions and not 400%
