Question on CDR
In this video by SRO he is building tank Veigar, and I am curious as to where the 40% CDR is coming from. In the item set creation screen in the client, Warmog's Armor and Fiendish Codex share a "Unique Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction" the only CDR items he has at the end are:
Frozen Heart = 20% CDR Warmog's Armor = 10% CDR Fiendish Codex = 10% CDR
But he is at 40% CDR cap, so even though they are both Unique Passives, do the Warmog's and Codex stack? He is not running CDR runes, according to his page, and if it was due to mastery points wouldn't it be either 35% or 45% CDR?
