Ziggs passive and W rework idea.
I always felt Short Fuse didn't really match Ziggs' role as a backline poker/waveclear monster. His W is fine, but I'm gonna be giving it some bonus utility.
New Short Fuse: Every 11 seconds, his bomb gets revved up, granting Ziggs a buff called Short Fuse. His next basic attack will detonate on contact, dealing 20 (+ 10 x his level and 30% of his AP) magic damage to the target and all units around it in a 350 unit radius, slowing them by 15% for 2 seconds. If Ziggs uses an ability instead, the abilities explosion radius is increased by 250 units. Killing enemy units reduce this cooldown by 2 seconds.
New Satchel Charge: Same as regular Satchel Charge, but on the initial cast and for the first 1.5 seconds it's placed, it can attach to enemy champions. This causes the a satchel icon to circle around. After the duration or it's recast, the icon will detonate and knock away the enemy it's attached to, from itself.
